We are temporarily not accepting any kinds of clothing, and shifting our priorities to medical supplies, food, hygiene products for babies and moms.

Trucks with clothes will not be unloaded – we have no premises to keep it.

How to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Unaddressed delivery for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Send medicines, medical equipment, and essentials to our storage and we will quickly deliver these items to the Armed Forces.

Rules for packing aid 📑

Before sending, fill out the form:

 

Delivery to Nova Poshta branch.

Send any humanitarian aid to those who need it — anywhere with an active  “Nova Poshta” office.
The only thing you need to do is properly mark the box and send it to our storage.

We will do the rest.

Delivery to Nova Poshta branch

If you want to send targeted aid to Ukraine via our storage, you should:

  1. Download a special blank ↗︎ on our website. 

  2. Print 4 blanks for each box that you plan to send and fill them in properly. 

  3. Stick the blanks to each side of the box (4 blanks for each box).

  4. Mark the box top according to the rules ↗︎.

  5. Send the boxes containing aid to our storage

That’s it. After we deliver the boxes to Ukraine, “Nova Poshta” will send them to the specified post office.

Help Ukraine Center is launching a hub in Romania

The new warehouse is located at Calea Basarabiei 95B, Husi 735100, Romania, and already accepts humanitarian and medical goods to be transported to Ukraine.
